“Each gourd is hand selected by me for its form and feel. Like the gourds themselves, the designs I create are based in nature to cradle and envelop each form. Twine, pine needles and willow branches are some of the natural materials combine with earth tone stains. I am also applying years of ceramic experience to experiment with patinas that emulate pottery.”
